Like you, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in 2006 (5/16/2006). I have been fairly successful in making a number of life style changes, lost 45 pounds, a couple of waist sizes, etc. I now ride a bicycle for exercise. I live in Statesboro and work in Rincon. I also write a column for dLife.com. It is called Turn the Page. Once on the dLife page, just put in my name or the name of my column, and you will be directed to it.
