A quote from a song by Rancid which I think are appropriate words for this whole site.

If I fall back down, You're gonna help me back up again.
If I fall back down, You're gonna be my friend.

Lots,
The only "nice"song I know written by Melanie Safka in the early 70s called Brand New Key. This version is by the Dollyrots. The singer bass player uses a very old and classic Gibson Thunderbird bass and plays it in the Lemmy Kilmister (Motorhead) style like she is strumming it, and that is very difficult to do. It is very obvious she is very talented.

Thanks for taking the time to listen to her music. Indeed she has great beauty inside and out.
I am relaxing this Sunday listening to Christian music. I have a book to finish and some hats to crochet for a friend. Dinner will be left overs from yesterday.

when I was a troubled adolescent I had a hard time relating to the adults and their therapists(mental health) now I can relate. life is so many layers, much easier to think that one understands when there is lots less complexity. thanks for being a friend here in the modern world

Hi from the slightly soggy northwest The book is called What the Internet is Doing to Our Brains or The Shallows by Nicholas Carr. we are easily distracted. Lifee is good with a puppy, he keeps me more busy than I was. He is a great little dog, twice as big as he was when we got him. Life is what we get, we do get to do some choosing as far as how we feel. Sometimes I feel very fortunate and others I feel sorry for myself. All part of the balance of life. Gastroparesis is nasty, partly because there is not much that REALLY helps
