Hey Lotsoshots, was cruising through some thread and got like teary eyed about the sadness of all of us people taking this so seriously shots, test strips, insurance,B.G.s gastroparesis, neuropathy and all the usual stuff of being human. I try to feel fortunate because of the tools that I have and that I have access to them. sometimes it is hard
The picture behind Miss K on the chair is artwork on the front of a stand up arcade game called Robotron, my addiction. I used to fix pinballs and video arcade games for a living between real jobs. I traded someone something I didn't want anymore so it was basically free.
Good evening lotsofshots the weather here today is pretty messes up its warm yet cold. the wind is cold so it makes for a uncomfortable day lol I wanted to go out for a bit but I just didnt feel like it so I kept busy cleaning up this little apartment I live in. thats alot of medication you take and to be honest I dont think I could handle haveing to take so many shots. then again you had the diabetes much longer. I never been to the D.C area and I was born and raised in N.J and been to most the eastern states. I had the honor of traveling and living in many states. Texas is nice for the most part but I wouldnt mind living in a warmer climate all year long. I live in a small town called killeen its acually a town wraped around the army base called FortHood. and its ok I just moved here to be close to my half brother but I dont see much of him. and it does get pretty lonely since I dont have friends and the people I do talk to are either in the military or elderly. but where I used to live I went to theoropy and was taught how to use a program called C,B.T which I'm sure your aware of so I use that method alot sometimes it works . and I agree with you also I cant wait for longer days and warmer. but its staying lighter longer here so it wont be long now. hope you have a good night and thanks for being a friend oh my Name is Everette
BG was fine this morning despite the only protein at the family supper last night was 8 beans in my soup. I got home and ate peperoni and cheese and took an extra 10u of R to cover all the carbs. Slept the whole night through without having to get up, so was an excellent guess. I love it when I get it right!!!! Yeah!!!!!
Hope your not worn out when you get home. I start March 8th , Dr appt on the 7th. Am starting back part time. Hoping my stamina will allow that.. Some co-workers will be understanding. Unfortunately my supervisor is a PITA. Hope things continue to go well.

Hi lotsofshots things are pretty lonly but the weather has been pretty nice so I been trying to get my walks in and enjoying the warmth. for the depression I take three types lexapro for the depression, remeron as a mood stablizer, and ambian for sleep. and for the diabetes metfomin and glipizide. but really hate the glipizide it causes so bad side affects and lowers my sugar levels too low so every day I have to wait an hour after I take it in case I get the shakes and hot flashes or sweating lol how are you doing ???
