We also had snow on Christmas Eve and we are having some now, but it is supposed to turn to flooding rain by tonight. Are you off this week ? How is your toe doing and your stomach ? Hi Lots- Thanks for your message. A very Merry Christmas to you and the ones you care about. Zen sounds like she is very cute and does catlike things. Just a tip- when you have to take an antibiotic. along with it take Probiotics too. It is a pill of good bacteria that helps your stomach to deal w/ the antibiotic. You can get them in any drug store or Wal-mart in their pharmacy dept. Glad your toe is better. Jim is still trying to regulate his coumadin. His inr was higher last week, that is good. We will spend a quiet day tomorrow at home. Take care my friend. Cat

hi Ellen, well, we were going to go to NYC for a few days and use our Marriott points, but we canceled yesterday. I'm just not in the mood really. our anniversary is the 26th and it's our 26th anniversary this year. lol. we're not telling anyone we're just staying home and hanging out. we don't give each other presents anymore, and we didn't decorate anything. we did make cookies and sent our best neighbors goodie bags. saw my sister a few days ago and her family. so this morning we went to the store and got some shrimp for tonight and a turkey for tomorrow. I think I'm going to make Ed some homemade cranberry sauce today for his holiday bird. it looks likely we will be getting some snow tonight, hope it doesnt turn to freezing rain. we have tons of wood, and will keep the fire going in the woodstove in the living room. Hope you and your loved ones have a lovely Christmas! so glad we're friends.

Hello Ellen. Good Christmas Eve. The house is decorated the cards out shopping done gifts wrapped but I just do not have the Christmas spirit and Russ os worse than I am. BAH HUMBUG. I think as you age you think back to the good old days and the fun you used to have./ I had Open House for years. I went to the Boston fish pier for lobster to make lobster newburg. Debbie Black made my finger sandwiches and,like a fool,I drove 40 miles each way to Rockport to get my desserts. 3 threes. Those days are gone. It was nice to hear from Kathy. I will go to MASS at 4 today Childrens choir. All the others will be mobbed. Going to Gainesville Wed as Tom as to take Frankie to the vet. I hope the poor thing can get off the IV. Chico vists every day.Did I tell you his owner sent him a Christmas card to my house. I hope ZEN enjoys his first Christmas with you and does not get at your tree. Hi Ms Lots. I am doing a little better. Yesterday I had the chills but got better by night. My BG's have been higher as I didn't always take my meds because it would make me feel worse in my stomach. I have to wrap some presents today for tomorrow.

It is going to get very cold now.

Good afternoon,Lots. Just back from the foot doctor that leads me to ask how is your toe? We got a heavy rain last night that led to a windy cold front. BRRR 40 degrees. Tom arrived with a 5 lb fruit cake someone gave him. I do not like fruit cake. House all done. Russ wrapping gifts. Something I ordered Nov 24th has not arrived yet. I have been a long time customer. Something happened this year.I got Russ into the department store. No one gawked at him. He gets finished I hope Jan 2. Do you want some fruit cake loaded with Bourbon. Pleased somewhat that Kathy is in Rehab better than being home alone until she gets her strength back./ I am going to ask the Cathedral if they think I am QUICKEN LOAN as I have 6 special envelopes.
