Hiya, pup! Life is in full bloom down here! It's amazing how busy one little baby can keep me - I barely have time to lurk around here :) hope things are well for you!
Lovely pic! Yes, I'm enjoying spring as well. I just had a deer sitting on a small rise behind my house where she had a view through my sliding glass back door and was watching me and my cat. I'm eating lunch outside every day now, though it's still in the 40s and even high 30s here at night so I spend all day changing my clothes!
That's lovely Pup! The weather was lovely over here as well. I spent most of the weekend inside, huddled over a DNS server and other such work. My nose is to the ground again as I have another exam coming up in a few weeks. Hope your doing well!
Hi Pup- Thanks for the beautiful rhodo graphic you sent yesterday. The weekend was just beautiful. I sat outside in the sun reading and looking at the flowers my husband planted last week. The deer have eaten many of our hostas last night. I understand you are planning to attend the Meet-up in Philly on June 10, my husband and I also plan to attend. It will be nice to meet you and the other friends from TuD. I live in Bucks Co., PA. Hope you have a great week. Cat
Hi Pup, being further south than you( Northern Arkansas) we are into Summer. The season seems to be a good 2 or even 3 weeks ahead of the usual, lots of folks are already cutting hay. Summer's here are often very dry and it is getting dry fast due to lack of rainfall. Most folks around here are uneasy about how things will look in a month or two. My weekend was great, played music with friends on Saturday and Sunday with a crawfish boil on Saturday thrown in for good measure. Crawfish are an eat all you want item for us low carbers!
Hi jrtpup, thanks for the pretty spring-y graphic! Yesterday was a preview of summer at 90 degrees. I've been gardening, which causes my BG to drop, so I run in for a snack rather often. The yard is looking colorful; I'm stiff, sore and up 1 1/2 pounds! A spring rain is predicted for today. I'm looking forward to terrier trial results! Trudy
Hi there, thanks for the beautiful flower! How did you guess that pink is my favorite color? We had the most beautiful week of sunny days. Yesterday was glorious. I spent all day working out, did yoga and had quite a few walks with Suri, my coonhound. We are both on a diet and I am happy to say it is working. Today I woke up to a lovely gentle rain, kind of a nice break, I enjoy a good rain and I think we needed one. Hope that you are well. It is always nice to visit your page and see your pictures, they are awesome.
Our Spring was in March and April (since we had no winter to speak of down here) Now we're in full blown Summer around here! LOL! It's sooooo hot right now and all weekend too! LOL!
Thanks so much for thinking about me.. I had a marvelous day..Serving as a "greeter" at my church; Great turkey salad at a Mediterranean open-air restaurant with a close friend; went to Trader Joe's and bought healthy veggies for the week;and talked to my family on the phone!! God bless you, Brunetta
