In high school I sat with a recruiting officer for the Marines for about an hour. My last question to him was how intense boot camp was because I am Diabetic. He laughed at me and said "Boy, watcha' goin' do? Carry M&Ms in your canteen?". He packed up his things and walked out of the room. That ended my hope of joining the US military...

exercise will get your a1c down. It's hard to find the time but it pays off in the long run. mine is right around 7. I comute to work on a bike about 14 miles one way.
I do it 3 times a week. And i Love my green veggies.

haha cool :) i listen to a lot of rock, metal, stuff like that. i like the occassional rap song, or something different like raggae. i dunno i guess ill listen to anything with a good beat and good lyrics :)
