so djafar...how is exercise n diet helping you...how long have you been with this disease...is it only u or any one else in your family.... i supposed this is a heritable disease right... so do you have any other complication with any other organs like your kidney,heart,liver, lungs...bowels etc....n ya wats your blood sugar level at the mament.

Welcome Ruslan! I'm so glad you found us. I'm going to go right over to our big atlas and look up where you live. I'm only an armchair traveler now, but my daughter and my nieces travel the world a lot---Europe, Africa and Central America. They haven't made it to Indonesia yet, but I bet they will.
What kind of marketing do you do? My dad was in the ad business back in the 1950s qnd 1960s. Do you know about Betty Crocker products? That was one of his accounts and we got to be one of the families that tested new cake mixes and such things. That was lots of fun.
