My study of Hinduism is about a lot of things... the various gods and how they are worshiped, how stories (like the Ramayana) influence the culture. Things like that.

I think you will become better and better at English just by talking with people on this site, just like you are doing. Your English is great as it is! But talking with people will help a lot.

My diabetes is okay. Not under very good control, but I'm getting there. I do not exercise much, but I want to start. I think that will help a lot. I want to start riding my bike around a lot more, or maybe take a dance class or something.

How about you? Have you found an exercise routine that works for you?

Early morning for me rinku,

...For the sight falls first upon light, then upon color:
Opposites are made manifest through opposites, like white and black.
So you have come to know light through light's opposite:
Opposites display opposites within the breast.

Be well today

Stay well.

Hey Rinku, sorry for not responding earlier. How are you? I don't come on here often. I am not asian, but I've studied Hinduism and India for about a year, and spent 3 weeks in India over the summer. I love Indian culture! It is so beautiful!

Nice job with your page. Somehow I knew it would be black. It looks very much like you love nature and art. The new pictures are really exotic to me. I haven't seen anything like that before, so ornate and detailed. Those pieces are beautiful.

If you want music on your page let me know. Take care and have a good week. Lots.

Hi there, I am glod that you asked. Here is how to get started

Go on the left of the page under your picture and name and click on "Customise my page.".A design area willl come up at the top of the page.  Choose Themes from the list on the left and pick one of the Themes that is already designed . If you like one of them , then just click publish oon the left . It is the orange square .

If you want to make your own design , you will use an already existing theme and choose Customize to change the different colors and graphics until the page is the way you want it

Use general, header, navigation, tabs. links and buttons, modules, footer. media player tabs on  the left, to change the pictures and colors of each element. You will get a bunch of choices for each of those areas and then you can change each element to make it the color you want, or by using the little camera icon you can import images from My Pictures on your computer.

I get my designs by going to Google and searching Images and saving them to My Pictures in my computer.. I save an image and then I used my picture manager to crop it and make it the right size.I have Microsoft Office 2010 on my computer.

The birds that are on my header right now are from search for "Glitter graphics birds" for a subject. If you use a moving picture don't change the size or it wont move.

It is easiest for me to go to each section change it and look and see what happens like an experiement. At first it is a little bit intimidating, but after your play around with it it is easy to do. It is a lot of fun, and actually I do a lot because it is relaxing to play with colors and images.

I will be looking forward to seeing what you do with your page rinku.

I hope that you are having a nice morning. I usually work today but we are on Holiday. Let me know if you have any questions or need help. I hope you have fun. You can also  put music on your page too.

I'll send you a link to Google Translate. that way, you can type in your native language and have Google translate it for you.

to send an image, do you see the bar on top that has the buttons (the first one says "link" and the last one says "html") click on the second one which is for images.

rinku, what do you mean by "scrap"?

usually this time of year, our lake is frozen hard. people walk on it, drill holes in it to fish, and ice skate on it. not this year. we have had an usually warm winter with not much snow either.

have you ever tried Google Translate?
