I am posting the question here instead in the discussion you have going re " how fast insulin will kick in " as it maybe a bit of topic ?? : Have you considered insulin pump therapy ?? At least one can " fine tune " amounts of insulin a bit easier compared to using shots when exercising or not exercising ...just asking ..N.
