Hello! How Do You Do, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY to you Dane.... Best Wishes NOW....and for the rest of the year! Have a GREAT "ME" DAY :)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hey, why don't you come join us in the TuD chat room?
You'll see us at the bottom of the home page.
We have a great time getting to know each other, sharing info and lots of laughs :) It's on right now!

LOL, I think my BG control is better than my running? I think I'm at the point (44...) where I'm not gonna get much faster, no matter how hard I train to run. The marathon is probably my best bet since I had a bad race last year? We'll see though, there's a lot of miles between now and then!
Thx for friend add Dane! I'd say "see you at the race" but it's a freaking zoo and you are 2 min faster than me in your PR 1/2 marathon! I ran 1:58 last year while I was getting ramped up for Chicago. It's a great race, I can't think of a better way to see the city!
Welcome home Dane.... This is a great place to share, to learn, and to grow...all the while meeting new people world wide, and making friends ♥
Take a peek at some the groups when you get a chance. Just go to the top of your page, and click on "Groups".
Once in, you can either peruse the wide array of available groups....or simply type a specific interest in the space provided.
