Hi Bradford. Congratulations on your award and thanks for all that you do for TuD.

I like to ride my bike too! I think the longest I've ridden is about 40 miles. We have a great setup, in between 3 or 4 forest preserves, linked to other ones so I do lots of sort of moderate trail riding, 15-16 mph for about 20 miles to help recover from runs. Our town has a 25 mph speed limit ("save the children!") and I like to break the speed limit on my bicycle too.
