Hi John,

I haven't been on this site in quite awhile. I have my own company, work and family. How are you doing?

I just went to the websites of the makers of Humalog and Lantus and found their applications for their assistant programs. They require you make under a certain amount in income. If you have problems finding the applications let me know and I can dig up the links for you.

Yea, I haven't seen too many people from the area on here. As far as insulin is concerned, I am trying to get enrolled in two assistance programs, so as soon as my Dr. bothers himself to fill out my paperwork I should be up and running.

Hi John,
I love Willoughby. I've been managing my diabetes for over 10 years. Sometimes it has been great, but other times, not so great. If you have any questions or want suggestions, just let me know. I go to diabetic functions in and around Cleveland and other cities. In Oct. there is a walk down at the Tower City Amphitheater. The walk goes through the flats and public square. It's a fun way to learn and meet experts and vendors.
