Good Morning,Pauly. Things not good here again Russ is very feeble having trouble walking. I am making him use my second walker. Still coughing. I have been up as has Tom most of the night. What a change in the weather. GGone from 80 to 40 with a string wind making it even colder. BG 104. How are you doing? Any plans for today? I just happened to look online to Bangor,Maine 2 degrees. Hi Pauly, I read on Reed's page that you have been having some trouble with your shoulder. Is that frozen shoulder that you have? About 2 years ago I had that and it hurt really bad and lasted quite a while. It was really painful and came out of nowhere, like I didn't injure it or anything it just got like that kind of fast. I struggled with it at work it was hard to reach up and get things from shelves. The worst part was sleeping. I sleep on my side and I had to use a bunch of pillows to be able to get it in the right place to sleep. I went to the doctor and he wanted me to go to physical therapy but I didn't have all the extra time to do that. It hurt so much I stopped exercising and then it really got bad. I finally got rid of it by walking and swinging my arms. A nurse that I work with told me that there is not much blood flow to the shoulder because most of it is goes straight to the brain. If you walk every day and purposely swing your arms the blood gets flowing to the area and after about a month to six weeks I got it to completely go away. Also look on You Tube for videos on exercises for frozen shoulder, there are some good ones. I have to sit all day at the computer and I get a lot of neck pain. I got some of those big stretchy bands and I use them to stretch out with, You can by a set of three at Walmart for about $20. They help too. I hope you feel better. What medicine did you get for pain? I have carpal tunnel in my thumbs and I take Tramadol for it. It is a very good medicine for pain, but I only take it when I need it, not every day becuase I heard that it is hard on the liver. Take care.

Good Morning,Pauly. We are doing better each day as far as the coughing goes. I woke up at 4 could not get back so I got up. BG 102. We have a new problem 8 weeks early POLLEN. I guess the allergists are swamped. Even the tomatoes have grown and are red. Crazy. Going to the lawyer about10 for some legal work. Russ gets COUMADAN test nurse does it shows the doctor and they call about 3 with instructions. How is yur shoulder? Syill bothering you? Besides the Readings they now want Tom to be a fill in serving the host or wine. I guess he said yes. He comes tonight goes home late Monday as Monday is a holiday. Any plans for today Stay well. Good Morning,Pauly. I had a better night not perfect but better. I saw on TV coughing lasts 18 days. Antibiotics makes it worse. LIGHT WENT ON. Russ was on antibiotics for 7 days due to the nose syurgery. He is getting better, Thanks for your prayers. How are things with you? I hope well. I hope the shoulder pain is easing up. TOPS today. I am typing the minutes from last weeks TOPS the secretary absent again. I also did the Agenda. The Dean of the Libraries wrote a glowing letter for Tom recommending him for a full Professorship. Good Morning Pauly. Gorgeous day here. We saw the nose. They really did a great hob. Some stitches that he gets out Wed and a little swollen. Looks great. I am fighting the cold so far winning. The druggit gave me sugar free cough syrup. Tom and Russ untrimming the tree. Christmas is now over. I ate Chinese chicken lollipops I love them BG 112. Hi Pauly, Did you get over your cold and achey bones yet? My neck hurts today. I got up early today and it is still dark. I am cleaning my closets. I am finally feeling good again and went back to work. Yesterday we had a party. A lot of people I work with were sick this year or had operations. Finally we all felt better so we had a party. Everyone brough delicious healthy food. My boss gave us all presents and I got a really neat pair of gloves, the are specially made for using a smart phone. I went to the bank yesterday and signed some papers and didn't even take them off. They are pretty neat.
Today I am cleaning my closet. I am so excited. I lost so much weight that I found a bunch of clothes that I can wear again. It is kind of like going shopping, but not having to pay for anything.
I am getting ready to move. I am getting rid of a lot of stuff so I have less to take with me. I am filling up bags for the Salvation Army. I hope you have a nice weekend. No snow for me yet. You should send some my way.

Good Morning,Pauly. Busy being a nurse to myself. I think I might be getting a cold. Russ's nose took 2 hours. Tom was in the room with him. They cut trimmed filled in stitched. Tom says it looks great. I cannot see as he is bandaged, The bandage comes off later today and stays off BUT if he goes out he has to cover it. Goes back Wed to get stitches removed. I almost forgot my quarterly taxes to the US Treasury due the 15th. I wrote out the check and mail it tomorrow. BG 104. Dark dreary drizzle here. Tomorrow WE MUST take down the tree. Doing a pot roast in my slow cooker with veggies. 10 hours on low. Hope things are well with you and you are over that cold.
