That was so sweet of you!!! Thanks a bunch! You got me feeling kind of hyper at the wrong time of the day (or super-early morning...whatever it is :P ) Sleep shall evade me while I grin excitedly from your warm welcome!

But...I thank you deeply for your warm start. It certainly opened my mind to actively commenting. Somewhat. I guess. *clears throat*

Anyways, thanks. And I shall wonder if we will meet (virtually anyway) again.

Cheers :D

Sparky..under New Members see Kathlyn..you will notice my name Seagator is not there scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see I did welcome her..this has been going on for a year and it wastes my time. I never thought I would but I stopped hanging on to people I bought a small 3 wheel walker for outdoors and doctors. In the house I use a regular one with a seat...to heck with PRIDE..I do not want to fall. How is your evening going? I hope well. Reed

Good Morning,Sparky. I have been up but things around here hectic. My cousin did not have a good night and that keeps me up. He sees about the cancer on his nose Aug 2. I think this is on his mind. Stress and Maple Walnut ice cream spiked my BG to 134.My endo says anything under 140 ok. My legs not oo good today. I think it is the humidity. your readings were great good for you. Keep up the good work. Need to gt out and get insulin. I could have it delivered but it gets me out and i can go take a look at the ocean. Have a great day and take good care of yourself. HA HA by 3 meals a day I mean my nephew Tom. He is a marathon runner and he believes in 3 good meals a day. I do my own thing. I not only worry about my Bg but also controlling my weight, I would love to go to the pool but I would cook. The sun is beating down. Enjoy the rest of the day. Reed

Hello Sparky. I am late. Sunday is church. Then I do birthdays anD Welcomes and now my friends. How are you doing? My Bg readings good. It is hard when my nephew is here as he eats 3 meals a day. I try hard to resist. Still hot and very humid. My cousin Russ did not have a good night. I do not know what is going to happen there. A big head and severe neck pain. It keeps me hopping. Tom is going to do a cookout so all I have to do is set the table. Ihope you are keeping good readings. Have a great day. I care. Reed

Hi Sparky. I am late as Tom is a Marathon runner and, today,he signed up for the Bridge of Lions 10K. Of course,we had to go. He had us up at 6. Then when we got home breakfast..5 strips of bacon 4 eggs toast and tea and ,of course,he is skinny as a rail. My Bg this morning was 120. No I did not eat like that this morning.LOL. It is so muggy here you can hardly breathe. I told him i wanted a Christmas ornament from Nuremberg,Germanymthe toy capital, and brought me two. I am pleased your numbers wre good keep up the good work. Take care. I care. Reed

Yep, she is a Dachshund--I had to look up spelling-I never get it right. She was about 7 wks old here-now she's full grown and about 5. Cute as ever. I lost my cuteness early on. LOL

hey Sparky, yep, it's all the Pacific time zone here. hey, thanks for taking the time to do welcomes and birthdays. I think it's great for new members to get a flurry of welcomes when they join. You can also meet some interesting new people and perhaps point them in the right direction if they are expressing an interest in a specific area.

I really liked your last blog. It got me thinking about things that make us so special here. Where it really comes from is our leader Manny. I actually met him and his wife 2 years ago and had lunch (check my blog for a description of this event). He really is the real deal. Don't know if you ever read "Our Values" but it's a worthwhile read here

hope you continue to enjoy the family here!
