Thanks so much for the kind welcome. I'm approaching my 43rd anniversary of diagnosis (April 29) so I've learned to live with this condition, but never learned to love it, and never will. I find myself visiting this site more and more, so decided it was finally time to join. I'm glad I did!

Thank you for the warm welcome! Its so stupid I have been diabetic now for 13 years and have never looked into any kind of support group. It doesn't help that I hate being diabetic and don't admit to it either. But I guess in my ripe old age I need to change! So thanks for the welcome.
