thank you for the welcome. newly diagnosed with type 2 , a change in lifestyle, and the whole new world of living seems a bit overwehleming but my fantastic wife is here to help with cooking and support. i'm just knocked over with this news i am also newly retired from 32 years of carrying mail. i still want to work, but will wait to after the year is over to look. once again thanks!
