Thanks for the message. My name is Emily too! I'm doing okay so far, I actually went to the doc today and had a better A1c than ever. So today has been a good day :D
Yeah, I know what you mean! I have taught at a community college & worked as a tutor in schools & I just don't understand how a relationship like that gets started. It blows my mind. Being a mentor/friend to kids is a great thing. That's one thing I love about working with children. But, oh boy, the things that are being said at the high school now! Yikes!
If you are hearing the news about a Louisville teacher getting caught half-naked in a car with a student -- that is at Samantha's high school! Oh boy. This year, it's just one thing after another. But we're almost done with make-up work!

Your cat looks comfy. My cat friend Miss K looks the same way sometimes. I have been type 1 for 51 years last summer. No complications yet, fingers crossed, and 2 shots a day of mostly 22 hour N Basel with a little R mixed in for fun. I cook 6 days a week for my wife who works and I love to eat. I have pretty well seen it all by now and have been looking after my diabetes by myself since the last time I saw and endo in 1969. Ask anything you want.
