oh, gosh, James, those truckloads of tomatoes. I remember there used to be little groups of Latinas on the streetcorners near the plant, and when those heavily-laden trucks would swing around the corners, tomatoes would fall out of the open trucks, and the women would scramble in the street to pick them up. Remember? My husband worked in sales and marketing for Hunt's for 18 years. He now works with his old friends from Hunt's for a Fresh salsa, dip, and salad company in Buena Park. He's a sales director, and we live in rural NJ now. I loved our 10 years in CA; we lived in San Francisco for 4 of those years when Ed was VP of Marketing for Del Monte. That was a magical time.
