You are a huge inspiration, what is your workout schedule like(i mean type of workouts, reps and sets, amount of weights lifted, and cardio) also what about your diet?
Ok..I will ask my doctor tomorrow when I see him...I been on insulin for 6 years and I did gain a lot of weight back then.. My job I walk all day up to 15 hours.. 4 days a week I did join a gym I slacking off in the past month...knees hurt and carpal tunnel.. But will startt back next week...lol
Do you do compete in competitions and if you don't mind me asking how old were you when diagnosed with type one ,I was 10 and I've been diabetic now for 22 years
Hi can you tell me how you maintain such a beautiful figure while managing type one I used to be really thin (I'm 5"8 and 228 but I used to be 150 before I had my 4 year old daughter and I go to the gym like 3 to 5 times a week and my weight just maintains at 228 and that is not my happy weight can you send me a message telling me what you eat because it looks like you body build but I've noticed that all those high protein bodybuilder diets don't work well with my bloodsugars cause I need carbs to balance my bloodsugars
