I'm from North Hill .There are a couple more that I know that are from Akron and one from Kent . I am LADA which is a type of type 1 . I hope you find the help and the support you need with this group.
I have been type 1 since 1959, so 52 years this summer. I have no complications yet. I have been looking after things myself without the advice of endos or doctors since 1969. Ask any question at all. I love cats and my current love Miss Kitka taps me on the cheek at night if I get low. I take shots too and would never trust a pump.
