I just started the pump on May 13th, I like it because they say I am still "honeymooning" so my sugars were low alot. I feel like the amount of insulin I get now is alot more accurate because I can take a percentage of a unit. I'm on the continuous glucose monitor too which I just started like a week or two ago and I really like all the info i get from it, but sometimes it can be a royal pain (literally!) lol.
Hello!! You were diagnosed on my birthday! :) I'm glad to have come across your story! I don't know anyone on here yet either, but everyone seems friendly so far and it's nice to have a place where I don't feel like the only Diabetic in the world! lol
