Thanks for your comment about how my levels will drop on a low carb diet. I honestly hadn't even thought of that! And it's a rather important thing to think about, lol!!!

Hey so is the fact that even the smallest amount of salt makes me blow up like a balloon bad? I currently have the calves, ankles, and feet of a person that would be like 750 pounds! I swear it's bad! It's been like this for about 2 years...
We used to spend winters over in Truckee and always make our way over to N. lake to spend some time. Its so lovely up there. I really miss it. I hope all goes well for you on the Bernstein way of eating.
