Congratulations on your transition to pumping Jeff. Once you make your way through the initial learning curve, you'll love it. Just remain patient the first week or so of setup while the basal's get properly established.
Thank You Jeff. Now if you don't mine go to the TuAnalize on the top of your page then click on TuAnalyze Map (don't really know how I done it after that but I put in the last A1c and it got it on the Map). Last I heard we only had 7 ppl that had gotten their A1C in and we liked 12 more so please take part in getting our state lit up. It's all private and noone will know your A1C if you don't want them to know it. I gotta go back tomorrow and get another one! Keep your fingers crossed for me!!
Thanks, Jeff. There is a large park behind me and then the railroad tracks. My office upstairs faces that way so I always look to see if Amtrak is on time and what the trains go by as the switching station is what is behind me. I see a lot of action! You rock.
I wake up to the highest numbers for the day when I haven't even got out of bed yet. It is dawn phoenomenon. You are the first locomotive engineer I have seen on here. Which one do you work for? I am in Central Texas and see all the military equipment leaving Ft. Hood. J
Sorry...the pic doesn't have much to do with diabetes....but to me, gives a sense of coming home out of the cold! And since you are a conductor....it seemed à propos!!! How's it all going?
I am happy that you are reading this and that you are a member of the growing TuDiabetes family.
Since the community was formed back in early 2007, lots of things have changed. Also since then, lots of new members have joined: we're now nearly 11,300 members. So, new members and new features means it never hurts to refresh how things work around the community.
If you haven't read it, I invite you to take a few minutes to go through our New Member Guide. If you have been a member for a while but have let a little dust accumulate on your TuDiabetes account, you will find it very useful. If you joined just recently, you will find it EVEN MORE handy.
If you don't find answers to a question you may have, never hesitate to ask. Click on the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page and one of the members of our Admin team (you can see their faces on the bottom right side of any page) will get back to you shortly.
Hi Jeff,
Since the back of my property sits by the train tracks and I can watch trains go by I will think of you often. Must be an exciting job. Welcome to a very friendly group. J
