Thanks, Marie. I don't do much with fabric, tho I used to. I have done some quilting and made some cloth dolls...it was fun but I'm impatient by nature (LOL) and it a bit long...My mom does some fabric work, makes curtains, holiday table decorations and the like. I know some folks make ATC's out of fabric, and they are fab! Take care, Gwen
Thank you for your lovely message it made my day,I cant tell you how fast everything is coming together Marie.I havent been online as much I am sure you can understand.lol
I dint know you could do that, ok, I will in the future. I bought a new lancer last week, I bought the Delica. So far I like it a lot, a lot less painful & smoother operation than the Bayer lancer I was using.
Thank you for your welcome to this group. The question about the date of diagnosis was interesting for me, since I do not remember the exact date. I was 19 and living in Mexico when I became ill with hepatitis A. I managed to get home to the Bay Area where I was diagnosed with type 1. My blood sugar was 800.
I know I'm crying wolf but it got to 14 degrees last night. NOW FOR TN THAT"S COLD!!!!!!! We got our utility bill in yesterday and it was 60 more than the month before My husband proceeds to read me the riot act about it NOT being cold the month before! OK LIVE IN MY BODY!!!!!!!'nuff said. I think it's really honerable of you and your gidue to do that for the underprivilaged! GOOD WORK MARIE!!!
Hi Marie- Just got to read my emails and TuD. We are still in CA until Friday morning. Spent last weekend actually Sunday, Mon and Tues in Monterey. We loved it there. Also loved Carmel where we spent a few hours. I kind of cheated while in Monterey at the Fishermans Wharf where we had 2 delicious dinners. After all I will only live once. Didn't have trouble passing thru security in Philly, will let you know about Oakland when I get home. I did get a pat down 'cause I set off the metal scanner like I always do with my hip. The weather has been typical Bay area Dec weather, rain. It poured all day today.
At least the weather was sunny while we were in Monterey. I am anxious to get home and see our kitties. Glad you got away to Fla., hope you had a good time & the weather was warm. Take care. Cat
Thanks, Marie. I am a bit of an artist...mostly mixed media, artist trading cards, zentangles, inchies...it's a great way to get outside of myself, you know what I mean? I'll probably post some of my stuff here, in my pics. The background is one I found online, that I used in a project. Take care, G
Thank You! Just said what I've been saying to myself for atleast a week! Hey I did put it nicer than the cuss words I was using here! LOL! I just might have gotten thrown off if I had put it up when I first thought of it! LOL! I STILL wonder if 13 will get me in trouble! LOL!
Ichey? I saw somewhere on the blogs where twittle fingers, thumbs, (I can't remember what he is) put up about the itch inbetween his shoulders at night. You go do that you warm weathered person! I'm going to get you it's COLD here in TN!!!! Ok not as cold as there buuuut I couldn't livree up there b/c I have thin blood! LOL!
Hey atleast he does tell him you thought of it! My hubby and his way? I'll think of it and then he will tell everyone else HE though of it. Yep sometimes (depends on my mood) I will say "Hey that was MY idea. You couldn't think of anything like that if you tried" And you wonder why I praise him, It takes someone strong to put up with my moods! LOL!
