Good Morning,Marie. I see on the birthdays they moved our photos to the middle. I did not sleep too well. Russ very concerned about wheter he will need 2 operation. They changed the order from a Cat Scan to an MRI. He has it on Friday. I hope the growth not serious. Someone just reminded me we change our clocks ahead Sat night. That seems early. Did you have a good night? I sure do hope so. Were your readings all over the place? My BG was 102. All packed up and will leave soon for Tops. My very best to Ed. I hate to see you depressed. I wish there were a Happy Magic Bullet I could send yu. Take good care. I care. HUGS,PPS

I am taking a big bottle of Ragu and pasta. Elections too. I do not want a 5th term but I bet I get it. It is a nice outlet for you to have Quilts of Valor and you enjoy it. They are on the phone with Russ now setting up the Cat Scan repeat.Insurance never heard of his request.order. What a mess. I hope they work it out. My best to Ed..does he have any leads. Have a good day.HUGS,Reed
Thank you so much Marie B for acknowledging me and for the warm welcome!! I will most certainly ask questions, after all that's the only way you learn.
Thanks, Marie. I may just join the diabetes/celiac group. I don't have any particular problem with either one. Low blood sugar is the worst thing that's happened to me over the years. Celiac disease or CD is generally genetic, but I got a bad case of infectious hepatitis in 1966 & turned yellow on the way back from the Viet-Nam conflict & had to stay in this FT Dix Army hospital for 4 months because my wife is from N.J. The airlines were on strike in July of 1966 so we managed to rent a car in Frisko & 4 of us drove it to NY & all we had to do was put in gas as they wanted the car returned.
$13 olus $2 tip. I go to same barber every time,,,Robyn. a nice lady who dresses in vintage clothing. Russ and Tom go to Linda. 4 gals 1 guy (mike, theowner he is good too).
Still waiting for Tom..must be having quite a workout.
Good Morning,Marie. It is a bit chilly here 43 degrees. Tom is off to the GYM then haircuts. I am a little down today. I do not know why. Woke up at 3. BG 106. I keep thinking we should be in a nice apartment and let the landlord take care of things get rid of taxes. But,then again,it is comfortakle here. Did you sleep through the night? Hope Your BG;s are good. I get concerned about you. Por Ed been out so long. Anything like that causes depression. I know in my heart if you believe things will turn around. Take good care. I care, My best to Ed. HUGS,Reed
Must be in the stars. I haven't had the best one either. I think ppl are going to get tired of me always complaining but I just want K to get better and for the 30th to get here. I soooo hate the anogy of waiting.
Good Afternoon,Marie. I am keeping my eye on the palm trees. It is chilly and blowing a gale here. Tom had to meet with A Dr, Adams,a historian, who lives in GA. He was a big shot in St.Augustine before he retired. Tom does this on his own time. He thinks it gets his name around. He will stay tonight we three will get haircuts in the morning and, then,he will go home. That Jason at Bette's I think doubled our order as we brought it home and had it for lunch. How are you feeling? I hope not down. My best to Ed. I hope Doris did not get hit from the storm they kept saying TB, Have a good rest of the day. HUGS,Reed
Hello Marie I never would have gone to the Festival if I knew there was a parade and a carnivel. In town you could hardly move. Once we got to the Ravine it was gorgeous 20 acres of flowers in bloom we decided to go home another route and we stopped Betty's A!A Cafe for fried clams shrimps and scallops. The serving of haddock was so big Tom and I joined forces and ask for a box. Her sign outside reads..Seven days without fish makes you week. Getting very dark here supposed to get heavy winds and rain. Hope you and Ed had a good day. I got all my Tud jobs done LOL> Have a good evening. I care. HUGS,Reed
Hey Marie!! I hope u had fun today. I'm thinking I might need to pick up another craft project after we went by the fairgrounds here in Jackson and "Friendly Franks" was in this weekend (they come every 1st saturday & sunday in the month) and the fairgrounds was COVERED!!!!! I told Kenneth that I could just charge a dollor for this or that and if everybody at the fairgrounds just gave me a dollar for whatever I'd be soooooo rich! LOL!

Now our temp is dropping The Weather chanel just said we had a chance of sever weather tonight. but from what I just understood it was a chance.

About the Huntsthingy. I wouldn't have said anythink to K if he had worked there either. He used to work for Tuner Dairy LOng story short after he wasn't working delivering milk there (and of course me being a loyal custermare to Turner I got some spoiled milk it SAID it was in date but it wasn't. I didn't say a work (this was back when I drove) I went to the store and let them both taste it and smell it. I got another gallon of Milk need I say more??? I also waited til he left and called the dairy gave them a peice of my nind..........In all that's all it took.
I just called and apoligised for the mood I was in the other day when I talked to u. It's on ur voice mail. I can soooo rel;ate to ur feelingstoday since it seems I had them almost all week long around here. Not a good thought in the box it seemed. I'm hoping that the weather will be ok except for some thunder and lighting and some wind today after 1 but we'll see. It's suppost to form around Jackson (from what my g-mother just told me u know she's the weatherman around here) and move to the East and SouthEast for all the really bad weather.
Good Morning,Marie. Not a great night. I woke up at 4 and try as hard as I could I could not get back to sleep so I got up at 5. A nice quiet time to do the birthdays and Welcomes. At 5 it is dark. It was 63. I bet by 10 it will be sunny and up to 80. Not doing much...drug store and fish market. Tom got his first assignment as Lector at the Cathedral..March 19. He will be nervous I am sure. Listened to the interview When in Boston my doctors were at MGH and Mass Eye and Ear. Did I ever tell you my first endo Hollywood handsome having affair he killed her..died in prison from Cancer. A brilliant man. Bo call yet re Russ's cat scan. He has to have it. BG 106. How were your readings? Did you wake u during the night? My best to Ed. Did you ever hear of Anadama bread,. Made in Rckport,Ma. The guy was making bread and his wife kept bothering him so he yelled ouy ANNA DAMN HER and thus the bread was named a dark bread very tasty. You have a good day. Oh a teacher who worked under me passed yesterdy 75. I read,too,WW@ veterans are dying at the rate of 1200 a day. Please...I am not ready yet. HUGS,Reed
Daffodils as a gift from Sandy - how perfect. Absolutely. I miss having cute purses now that I've taken to carrying a backpack. Dr. Faustman looks like a classy lady, in a sort of European way.
i've been thinking of her all week. then this morning on our way to town we saw some daffodils nodding their pretty heads at us. i took it as a gift from sandy. it's really a bit early for spring flowers around here, but with this very strange winter i'm not surprised. i'm going to send judith a card, sure hope her surgery is a big success. she is a terrific lady with a heart of gold. she sent me a couple of long silk scarves a couple of years ago to help with my frozen shoulder. i like to dance for exercise and she said it would help unfreeze it. it sure did. it helped quite a bit.
