Hello Marie. I had a terrible night. I just could not sleep. I was doing Welcomes at 3AM. No one4's fault. It was just one of those things. I cannot seem to get my act together. Lost interest in things. I need to shake that off. BG 108. Just finished grocery shopping. We drove to Hammock. A nice ride along the ocean. Tom ran a 5K this morning. I did not go watch but Russ did. Tome and Russ out weeding. How is your weather? Cold? Is the lake frozeb over? It is 73 here. I hope you are doing OK and your Readings are good. Give my best to Ed. Hello Marie. What a day. Got Tom off to the Gym then to work. I am Russ's Health Advocate. When he went to surgeon they charged him $100 deductible and $5 CopPay. He paid. But his health plan does not have deductibles. So I finally got the surgeon's office to understand and they will return the $100.

Next,Homeowners Insurance renewal. I did not like the company I was with. Poor claims payment. So I am looking for new insurance. You pay through the nose because of hurricanes.

Then the foot doctor.

I know it is difficult try not to get depressed.

My knees not too good today. I think it is the early morning dampness.

i should be here today i had my g-daughter the 4 year old savannah for 2 days and nights and tonightamarie should be here
she got her 1st tooth pulled yesterday and the tooth fairy gave her 20 bucks for it
she got 10 from her pa and 10 from her great g-mother lol
what happened to the days where u only got a quarter per tooth lol

Marie, I used to order glasses from discount places online, just to have an extra pair and they weren't bad. Of course it was hit or miss re how the frames looked. If I end the other components of the pair I can probably reassemble them because I have all kinds of little tools from when I made jewelry. Seems like we are trading weather. Stay warm.

Good Morning,Marie. Happy to report the worst is over. We both had a good night and NO COUGHING PTL. We both slept until after 7. Did you get any snow? I am glad I am not in MC it is brutal there.I told Kathy to make sure she stays warm. Going to finish the laundry today just towels. TOPS tomorrow. One of the new members and the only other male is doing the Program...he has lost over 35 pounds all ready. Tom will be back Thursday night. He works on his Grant every Friday at Government House. Tom got me a new Apple mouse almost $80. I hate it. It does not have a button I have to click on the blue line on the side. I hate it. Tom has one like I want so wgen he comes Thursday we will swap. Glad your blood reports were not elevated. I do not think Russ got much out of the doctor. His lungs clear his BP good the cold has to run its course. He got a talk on Medicare cutting back. Russ is not on Medicare. Medical students will not go into PCP but speialize. Soonit will PA and nurses. Hope it does not get too cold. 61 here. I have a stomach ache. Thanks for the link.....I already saw the MS dr the day I was discharged and he wanted to see me back in a month anyways which is Feb 14th :)....I hope I'll have answers then

I told him if Russ does not ask the right questions you do it. Boy our court works fast. We signed deed Thursday all recorded and we got it back Saturday. BG 102. What kind of a night did you have? hi Marie :) That would be a great meet up with you and Tom ! Emily outdid herself with the chat with Tom and Richard..it is my all time favorite and when she came in at the last-I teared up.I could tell she was felt like many of us did.That they are heros to many of us..we look to them and it makes us know that we can do this ! Just the best..I do hope they come back.I would like to see Tom do a whole chat and then Richard do a whole chat..When Tom left I was like nooo..we just got started,ha and felt the same with Richard..Have a beautiful day Marie..we have SUNSHINE !!
