Lady across the street getting a new Heat/AC unit. Her house same age as mine I hope that des not mean I will need one soon...big bucks.
Not doing much. Later this afternoon I will go to the drig store.
Hope all is well with you.
When I lost my names I could not get my friend tried the search no luck anyway you can find Duncan MacAdam Southampton.UK?
Listened to Polonsky and loved it. We all have so many practical issues of food/carbs/meds, etc. To have someone speak of the emotional toll is so very moving. And yes, I say have him back! Or even better make him a regular once/week or once/month guest!!!
Thanks for the note on my page Marie. That was nice. Hope you are doing good. I am glad I dont live by you. You make me hungry when you say you are baking bread. Yes its good to stick together. IF you need prayers or someone on the board needs them bad let me know and I will offer them up. Have a nice day. Pauly

Marie, thanks for offering to do that "other" posting. I think Emily got to me first! :)
Marie. Gave it a shot on chat room. Got it to stay in order through about 3 exchanges and then pop back to the top of chat box hours ago.....Re Polonsky. I just wanted to thank him---A little while before I found TuD, I came across an online interview he did about Diabetes and Depression. Still a newbie, I was collecting and studying the best ways to metaphorically jump off a bridge---thunderingly depressed. His interview was the first that let me know I wasn't alone. Shortly thereafter I found TuD and REALLY knew I wasn't alone.....
Hello Marie. Been busy. Russ for Coumadan test it was 1.5 should 2.5 so no doubt the doctor will call for a change in his medication. I went to PCP everything fine. I am going to live ha ha. Raining very damp. I had to put the heat on. I had a good night. My BG106. I hope your night well and Readings good. I cannot find the Awards winners weren't they supposed to be announced today. Tom comes toningt. He is doing Lent no bread no pasta no desserts but he will eat sugar free jello. How is Ed give him my best. How did your bread come out? I love fresh bread. Take good care. A NIG HUG,Reed
Ummm. So the techie issue. It seems straightforward, but is difficult to describe. In the live Chat Column, I can start at the top as I see it. I can follow it down and post a comment in the box that appears appropriately. But then as I observe this box, the "cursor"-that slide thingey to the side of the box bounces all over the place. And so I have no idea where in the discussion I might be. I would love to participate...xx000
Wow, thanks for the link, great info and insights!
Congrats on successfully managing your diabetes for 45 years. I can only imagine how much more difficult it was 40, 30, 20, or even 10 years ago. I suppose if you have to have this disease, there has never been a better time. Thanks again for reaching out.
Hi Marie just wanted to let you know,Summer is doing really good so far. She is still in intensive care but her blood results are good and the infection seems to be lessening. It wil be sometime before she is better but at least she is on the right road. Thanks for caring :) Tricia xx
Marie, thank you. Yes, overwhelming is exactly how I would describe the past two weeks. I am so glad I found this website, it has been helpful to read similar stories to mine. I won't be able to attend on Friday due to a work conflict but thanks for letting me know about it.
