Hey Rotti, thanks for the invite! How are you liking New York after growing up in LA? I bet it was quite the adjustment.

Thanks for the note! I'm fine, the 5.6 is up as the time before I was @ 5.0 so I was sort of bummed but am too busy to get really bent out of shape about it. It includes a pump blowing up (story in "Wild and Crazy weekend just got wilder" thread on my page if you are interested...it seems to go on for a while though) and resetting the thing twice as I think it got out of whack before it blew up? Running is going well, I had a really great 20 mile pre-marathon run on Saturday and will have the marathon 100911! I visited NYC in August and did a 17 mile run there that was a lot of fun too, up the Hudson and back up 125th street and looping around Central Park a couple of times and finishing barrelling through the Alexander McQueen crowds with blood from a pulled sensor all over my abdomen...classic, no pics unfortunately...

It just seems like everyone else who finds out I have diabetes knows another person with it. I'm kinda just getting used to it now.

The last time I visited was in 2009. I can't afford to make a visit unfortunately. I so want to make a visit but can't until I get a better job that isn't a minimum wage job.
