Hey Gal: Loved seeing all your new photos. You look great yourself! Trust me, I'm looking older (now 66). A recent cardiac work-up showed no problems there, still really good A1Cs. What happened when you saw Dr. Faustman (did I get her name right?) - the one doing all the important research? are you going to be in a study?
Hello Brunetta, Just stopping by to say thanks and let you know how much I appreciated your message. It had a big impact on me and I have been thinking about it ever since you sent it to me. I asked for the test and I am going to get it tomorrow morning. I am planning on writing you back but I need some time to compose my thoughts. Just want to let you know how much I deeply appreciate you sharing your experience with me and how happy I am that you are strong and well again. I am looking forward to getting better too and I am an optimistic person with the total faith that it is going to happen. Have a blessed evening, I will be talking to you soon. Just getting my thoughts together. Thanks so much.

I hope this is what you meant by sending messages via friends. I have never used this feature before. I'm a moderator on another diabetical forum (insulinpumpforums.com), but we don't make use of this feature.
Hi Brunetta, I have been thinking about you. How are you doing? Thanks for your messages. I am feeling stronger every day. I have been exercising and it seems to help. The shaking is starting to lessen and I feel steadier on my feet. I have lost 16 pounds and I think that is wonderful and also cut my long acting insulin by half. I hope things are going well for you. I know you are still sad and missing your dad, but you know that he is always close to your heart. You are such a strong and compassionate person. I am so glad that I met you. We have had a lot of beautiful sunny days, now we are having a rainy one and it seems kind of nice, it is warm and the rain is gentle and soothing for a change, it was getting pretty hot yesterday. Take care.
