Another Mancunian! I've been in New Hampshire for 12 years, America for 30+. I grew up in Prestwich, my dad worked at the hospital. I'm a United fan, used to go to Old Trafford to see Best, Charlton and Law. How long have you been in NZ?
I do a little wights and CV but it seems that it decreases very past during my CV work out but it has gone from 200 to 70 before on a 45 minute run..so my plan now is to maybe carry a banana with me when I run or maybe one of those carb gel things...I wasnt sure if thats what you were talking about. Are you doing similar exercises

Nowhere near packed at all, still throwing out all the shit we have been collecting for the last 5 years.
