No my shipment came fro EdgePark as UHC won't use Medco for some reason. I just had another one go off less than a day after starting, I will call in the morning and make them sent a new box.

Yes I did. I'm SOOO bummed because we're leaving that morning to go to Mazatlan. I really wish I could go to the event. I've thought about asking Andrea to videotape it for me.
Did you receive two boxes of pods from Edgepark when you received your starter kit? Seth was saying that a box of pods comes with the starter kit and I verified that with Insulet. I was told that the starter kit comes with the PDM, 12 pods, the box of 10 and two that comes inside the starter kit, test strips and control solution. Then they send out another box of pods that you pay for. The only thing I got was the PDM and 12 pods. I informed Insulet of this and the other problems I have with Edgepark. The person I was speaking with is someone who called me back because I filed a complaint on their website. She was going to forward this information to Maria at Insulet who works with Edgepark. If you like I will keep informed on what happens.
