Welcome Gator. My daughter lives in MP,SC also. She has been there for about 2+ years. Both her and I live with this challenge. Me for quite a while and her for about 5+ years. I'll have to look you up. We are coming down in a couple of weeks to look at houses. It is close to reirement age and want to get a jump on the housing aspect.
