Yeah that Warren is such a freak (and I mean that as an extreme compliment). Beautiful beautiful song. Did you eee that the Tedeschi Trucks band won a grammy for their album Relevator? We can download three songs per week from our library and I have 6 of them. Great.
Well, at least on the video Duane was wearing earbuds.
Craigy, Craigy!! I am so glad to hear you are feeling better!! It is very hard to change so much at one time...insulin, diet, etc. Keep it up, it is worth it. My eye is starting to clear a little bit on its own, so surgery is cancelled. I just keep hoping and fight...I also had a gut feeling it was swelling from the surgery so just started taking Motrin on my own. I want my vision back!! I am heading out on Monday to stay with a good friend and her husband (she is like a sister, but better lol) for a week. I will see my youngest daughter for her 21st BD and spend some much needed time with her. It has been very difficult since the divorce. Also hoping to see my granddaughters and oldest daughter too....looking forward to getting away and I need it, going friggin stir crazy. GET OUT and take lessons with a real person...try to find a nice, hot woman...haha, that would get your booty out real quick!! Miss ya. Whew....you applaud me for reading your message and now I will applaud you :) Ahhhh, Kid Rock is singing right now....:) Take care and behave, just a little. xo
Hey Craigy!!! Wow, alot is going on with you. Hope you get the insulin thing figurted out. It is a pain in the booty!! Be careful with those lows....test more often. I had to increase my Levemir since my eye surgery. I think I have it about right...for now :) I have another eye surgery scheduled for Feb 6th...my eye is starting to clear a tiny bit. Other than that, I am doing well. I just went to SS office and changed my last name back to my maiden name "Douglas"...I like it. Off to DMV and Bank tomorrow to make it offical. How is the guitar coming along? What else is going on? How is your Dad? We need to chat sometime, PM me your phone number again. Maybe I can give you a ringy soon. Take care of yourself. Miss ya too!! xo
Hey Craigy!! Well, I am glad to hear that you are going to change your diet and check B S's too....I eat very light and am lucky that I don't have any other problems with cholesterol, etc. Just my eyes....still waiting for the one to clear after my surgery. You will be able to play the guitar and concentrate when you feel better. Need to make a video and post on here....:) I am doing okay, just hoping this year is a bit smoother than the last two years have been. I didn't take any pictures from Christmas. I do need to take some new pictures the next time I go visit my friends and family. Miss ya too...need to chat sometime. Take care and thanks for the message. xo
Hey Craig, Nice to hear from you. Yes, definitely was a nasty snow storm. Thank goodness for chainsaws. But despite all the difficulty ...... we came thru alive and unscathed. One tree came down on our garage roof, smashed my lilac bush but really could have been worse. Has been a rough year for me, just hoping things are improving for you, Looking forward to spending Thanksgiving with all my kids. 2 more days, then Pete will be home & I'm off the rest of the week. Having major PC issues. Its freezes and won't load anything for me. I waited about 30 min. for this page to load. So I won't be online much till I figure something out. Maybe time for a new PC ..... should be good sales coming up this week. Have a great Thanksgiving.
There are several places online with Dylan graphics - I just copy them onto special paper that makes an ironon transfer - however you have to print a mirror image" or else the words will be backwards. Good thing I got a bunch of tshirts at the used clothing store to practice on.
Hi Craig - very nice to hear from you. I love the Byrds. I took a class at the U of Minn, "Dylan - the First 70 Years" and it was so cool - 200 Dylan nuts all together in a big auditorium. We are going to have monthly meetups.
Here is a shirt I made: 026.JPG.
