When I saw your picture of Danger Mouse it brought a smile to my face. I always loved Danger Mouse. It's been a long time since I've seen him.
Thanks for the memories
Your blog is fabulous. I must try to figure out how to transfer that Mom Song to my daughter who is, with her partner, a Mom of only 3 years. I'm a newbie to diabetes and the whole blog scene. Much to learn. Thanks for popping in here where we can get to know you through whatever route!.....Be well.....Judith in Portland

M,
Just read your post about your problems with getting strips. I am lucky to have a great doctor (even if he is a gp) who is totally understanding of diabetes and all I have to do is call and explain to his nurse (who will speak to me directly each time i call, no messages left) what I need and she calls it in if she knows he will be ok with it. She has been with him for over 5 years so knows him pretty well.

I love your blog! I'll be a regular reader from now on.
I have news for you with regards to the question you asked me about Search.
The folks at Ning.com (the platform on which TuDiabetes runs) are working on many updates, one of which is (as they say) "Real search (yeah, we know it's not so awesome at the moment)":
http://networkcreators.ning.com/forum/topic/show?id=492224%3ATopic%3A34200
I thought you'd be happy about this! :)
Thanks for asking. Are diabetes technology choices different in NZ?
