I have to add, Brandon, that often...it's the pharmacist, NOT the physician who knows the most about a medication.
Greetings, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
Best Wishes on your Special Day....and on the next 364 days!
How's it all going? Do you have any questions or comments?

I'm a grandmother for the 3rd time now! My Type 1 daughter gave me a grandson (the 1st boy in my family for 3 gernerations) In January! I was gone from here for about a year and a half and BOY did things change around here! It took me about 2 weeks to catch up on it all! LOL! Did you check out my pics of the grandchildern on my page?

Sounds like your really having a good time now! As I've always said I love to read and learn but you never really learn til you live it! And your getting that now huh?

I understand about mid-terms (and it's something I hadn't thought about! Yikes!). I hope you can come, but if not, that's okay. I have thought about suggesting to someone in West TN to host a gathering. Then it would be easier for those of you that live that direction.

I have set a date, time and place for a Tennessee gathering. Check out the events page for October 11th, or see the Tenn Diabetics group for more information.

Welcom & thanks for joining us at TN Diabetics! We're always glad to see others joining us. I hope you enjoy the site. You are probably closest location wise to Doris Ann. There are several of us from around the Knoxville & Chattanooga areas.
Once again, welcome!

Welcome to the TuDiabetes family, Brandon!

Here are a few tips on how to make the most of the site. I invite you check out the different groups we have: there's an excellent chance you will find more than a few that you can identify with.

If you find the community useful, please:
-Link to us on your blog/site (if you have one).
-Invite family, friends, colleagues and anyone whom you feel may benefit from it.

Also, if you know of any local newspapers, TV or radio stations that you feel could be interested in writing about our community, please let them know about the Press Release we published a while back, announcing the community: http://www.prweb.com/releases/2007/8/prweb546849.htm and one we just published about a Diabetes Awareness Video that resulted from the collaboration from hundreds of our members:

Last, if you run into Spanish-only speaking folks, please let them know about EsTuDiabetes.com, our sister Spanish-speaking community.
