hi Kathy, yes a lot are still w/out power here, my best friend has no tv or internet still, her new routine is go to the library and use their wi-fi every day (she has a business that's almost all online) - and our admin Lorraine just got her power back yesterday (she's in Danbury CT). We are supposed to wear blue on Fridays in Nov too. glad you're able to do the BBTest every day. I think some people are thinking they only should be doing it one time between now and the 14th.

Hi Kathy. I hope that you are well. I saw your picture on Reeds page and I really think you look great in that T-Shirt. That is really nice. Did you know that I won the Crystal Bowersox T-Shirt? I am not going to wear it though because it is signed. I see that your hair turned out great! I think the highlights are so pretty. You are just cute anyway. I have been starting to walk again. Yesterday we went during lunch for forty minutes. I am hoping it is nice this weekend because I want to get my podometer out and see if I can take some long ones. I can't believe how much more energy I feel when I get finished and it makes the work day go so much faster. How far do you usually go when you walk? Hope that you have a wonderful day. Lots.

Wow, strange weather here in Northern, VA. It snowed yesterday, quite hard, but nothing stuck. I woke up this morning and saw the most beautiful thing. Frost on the window, the leaves around the small lake in my backyard all beautiful colors, yellows, reds, goldens and orange, and fog coming off the lake, the sky crystal clear blue and rays of golden sunlight. Life's simple pleasures. I am so thankful for them.

He was dripping wet but he took the towels Russ brought wiped himself off and continued running. 9:25 he is not home yet. Thank you so much for the lovely card and note as well as the photo. I will treasure it. Have to grocery shop and this afternoon watch the game. I go online and read papers. I saw Boston might get a foot of SNOW. HI Kathy,
I take the river walk each time I visit U. Minn. I have a 4 seasons collage that I am putting together of the view across the river from that park at the start of the walk.
I have finished the 3 year islet cell study now and am not sure when I will be up there again. Its a very sad thought for me because I have bonded with both the people and the place there. I'm sure I will at some point though and will let you know.

I am very busy with catching up with things since we returned from MN. I have a cold that started on our way home, the day after the T1 meet-up. Anita was diagnosed with Lyme disease from a tick bite. She is on a medication for that, and must take the pills for 21 days. She is lucky it was diagnosed early.

I hope you are okay up there in the colder part of our country.

Good Morning,Kathy. Do you know that Reed is stupid? Yesterday at TOPS for Halloween alady brought in a basket of lollipops. I took one. Chomped down and broke a front tooth. I just got back from the dentist and he said I need a new tooth come back at one. Good News I lost a pound. 76 here bright and sunny.How are you doing?
