Hi Kathy. Thanks for commenting on my "Heroes" blog; I did really mean it. I'm still so happy for you that the dialysis is over and hope that all is going well for you. I've been doing some gardening, which is a bit complicated in our shady yard. We have herbs, been planting impatience, hanging containers of petunias (which I keep changing to follow the sun!), and of course hanging hummingbird feeders. I do love this time of year! My best, my friend.
Hi Kathy, I heard that you had some allegies too. It has been sunny here and I have been outside a lot, eyes watering, sneezing, runny nose. Right now I am off my allergy medicine. Today it has started to rain and is supposed to rain all week, so it should wash all the "stuff" out of the air. I have been walking every day, lifting weights and doing some good yoga. I am feeling strong and very hopeful that I am going to have a good recovery. I have been enjoying walking with Suri and having time off while my docs are figuring out what is going on. How have you been doing? Did you get your bum phone replaced and up and working? I really like my new phone now that I have figured it out it is great for keeping track of appointments with the calendar and I can press the big buttons on the dial pad. Hope that you are doing well. How are things? Have you still been going to the gym? Hope you get your air conditioning straightened out. Your building that you live in sounds lovely. I love older buildings and I see from the pictures of your window that it looks like you have some lovely views from your window. Hope that you are well. How is your computer? I am getting ready to take a walk in the rain. Hope I can find an umbrella somewhere around the house. I think there is one in the front closet, but I will have to dig arouund in there for it. Have a nice day!
Hello Kathy. I am late I am mad I feel lousy. My knees are killing me. I have a sick stomach and a headache. I wonder if it is the pollen?
Russ got a bull frm the ER for $1400. His plan plainly states ER co-pay if admitted that is waived. He was admitted for 4 days. I cannot wait until Mnday so I can giv e them an ear full.
We decided for my belated birthday dinner to go to ZAHARAIS about 10 minutes from the house the food always good everyone knows us and w ask for Cheryl our favorite waitress.
Russ is able to do more without the walker. The 22bd he sees the surgeon about the growth on hid adrenal gland. Then I hope that is the end of it.
Later I will pit the orchid arrangement on My Page.
Hi Kathy, it is so good to hear from you. I heard that you are having trouble with your computer again. I hope in spite of the noises, that it is doing okay. I am trying to give myself a manicure and pedicure right now. It is funny how things that used to be easy take a lot of effort to complete now. After I get finished I am going to wash the dog. She is gentle and calm so I don't think I will have a hard time with that. I will feel so much better when she is all shiny and wearing her red bandana. How have you been doing? How is Trevor doing now that he is back home? I hope that you haven't had any kitty bites lately. I found some of those whopping big strawberries that you had. Boy were they yummy. Hope that things are going well for you. Have you done any creative decorating projects or found any new treasures while you have been cleaning? I have been walking every day. The weather here is perfect. Warm and sunny and thankfully not humid. Figured out how to use that phone. I really like it. I am jealous of Reed! I love orchids, ha ha! It must have been fun to talk to him. Well, I am off to tackle the dog beauty spa, wish me luck. Take care.

Sounds like you all had a nice dinner --minus the noise. I must tell you, my husband planted some really nice flowers and plants in our pots and on the lawn. That very same night, deer came and ate many of the plants. And today squirrels dug up the flowers in the pots. I guess we can't win. Have a nice week. Cat

I saw Bob Dylan was trending on Twitter, and it's because it's his 71st birthday today.
Kathy, thought you were already a friend. I am not a Type 1 Diabetic. Don't know where you saw me ..... maybe I liked a site by mistake. I am type 2.
