Good Morning Kathy. So glad you are home. Hair done slippers do not try to do too much. Did you ever get the medicines they sent to the wrong place? Are they permanent medications or just for a few days? Russ stops his COUMADAN tonight as he has the final we hope reconstruction on his nose Thursday. He is feeling better. Tom caters to him. Ton is at the GYM. I have a pot roast going in the slow cooker. I am glad I went into the kitchen for a minute...this idiot had not turned it on. I doubt I will stay up until midnight as tomorrow is a Holy Day of Obligation and we will go to 9AM Mass. Feel better. Keep warm. Happy New Year and I feel blessed having you as a dear friend. Hi Kathy, Welcome home. I am glad to hear that you have your priorities straight, going to get your hair done has got to be something to look forward to. Did you get a bad case of bedhead while you were in the hopsital? I hope you enjoy yourself a lot and have energy for the straightening. Highlights are fun.
We really missed you. I hope that you are feeling much better and not on too many medications. I am hoping you are feeling like your old fiesty self soon.
I was so worried about you. You are going to have to send me your address so I can send you some pick me ups while you are getting better.
I hope the slush doesn't slow you down. Are you able to make it out and around okay? That fire sounds very frightening. I have some battery operated candles in the window. That is too bad that the fire left so many people without thier homes. I am glad that you are okay.
Keep warm, and let me know what is going on with your health. How is your diabetes doing through all this?

I am so happy that you are confident that you will have a full recovery. I bet you are going to have a lot of colorful stories to share when you get back on Tu regulary. Have a good Christmas, 13 is my lucky number, so a very Happy New Year too.

I was snoozing. Went for my first and only shopping spree for the holidays. It wasn't crowded at the big mall at 4 on Christmas Eve. We did not have to wait in line at any cash register, and everything was on sale. I finally got a digital camera for my gift, dirt cheap, and the last camera in the store, not just of that model, the last one of all!

We accidentally parked on the wrong side of the mall, so had to walk inside all the way to the opposite end. Then we forgot completely where we parked the car, and walked all the way around the whole place in the rain with all our packages before we finally found it. It was good though, first time I walked in the fresh air for a long time!

It did snow a bit and it was pretty to see it in the air, but mostly rain and then a bit of sun. The coldest place in the house is my room. Thank goodness I also got slippers for Christmas. Take care, feel better soon or else! Lots.

Merry Christmas Kathy! we got a little snow, very pretty. saw your comment to Reed, you sound good. the caroling sounds like a hoot, hope you have a nice book for reading by the fire. we are making ourselves a little turkey today and just taking it easy. glad we stayed home.

Kathy, hope you are keeping your spirits up and feeling better every day. You are in my thoughts and prayers. I was in the hospital once over Christmas and it's not terrible, they do try to make it a bit special. We decided to cancel our plans to go into NYC over Christmas, so we'll be home. the weather looks like it might be acting up, and the locals are calling for a little of the white stuff. better we stay home and put an extra log on the fire and watch "It's a wonderful Life". HUGS!!

My dear Kathy. I cannot tell you how I and the other residents of Reedsville were so happy to hear from you. Did they ever find out what the problem happened to be. Rehab is no place to be for Christmas but it is better to be there and get yourself built up and str and stronfer before you go home. I cannot tell you just how much everyone missed you. I am all set for the big day. The house looks New England as all my decorations came from Lexington. I collected things Christmas for years. Rake good care. Get stronger so you can go home. Miss you. Kathy, thinking of you, yes take your insulin! brother, someone needs to let them know you know your diabetes way better than they do. but you must be so tired and weak. we are all praying for your complete recovery, no need to respond to me, I'll keep up with you in Reedsville.
