Dear Kathy. Good Morning. What an experience you had. I hope he is not your regular dentist. He needs anger management. Never heard of a dentist dismissing his helper in front of a patient. Rinse your mouth salt and warm water old time remedy. I hope your mouth and jaw better soon. I woke at 3 every bone in my body ached. Finally got up at 5. See the ortho today. I refuse surgery but he has to do something for my knees short of amputation. Makes walking difficult. Pleased Russ got such a good report. You do any walking now you used to and keep track. I wish I could walk. Give me a cart in the grocery store and I go like a bat out of hell. Supposed to get rain we didn't. Tomorrow at TOPS BUCKET LIST things you always wanted to do and didn'y. Mine going to Lichyenstein and the Panama Canal. I am having Tom look into the PC trip. Really am in agony with these knees. Any plans for today? Take good care. I care. HUGS,Reed
I must have been tippling on the wine when I called you Kayhy. We never go to 90 first time in ages. Gad to do a lot of copying work for TOPS. I wonder what they do for folks who did not have a computer? Hope you had a good day/ HUGS,Reed
Hello Kayhy. Busy day but thank the good Lord it is a nice pleasant day 84 degrees a welcome relief from the high 90's. Russ's blood work excellent. His MRI shows once again NOTHING maybe a touch of Bursitis..the good news he gets a breather from himsee him in 6 months. Me? I did not do a thing today. Read napped watch Olympics. Tomorrow,I see the orthopedic surgeon aboyut my knees. I am afraid I will just have to live with them. Can you play TURKEY IN THE STRAW yet? Tom comes Wed.night leaves Thursday for Finland. Is the Art Fair over? Did they clean up or do they expect the city to do it. Did you go out today? Take good care. I care. HUGS,Reed
Hi Kathy, How are you? Have you started your walking program back up again? I got hit with a sinus infection this week, so I have not been walking either. They have planted so many new bushes in the neighborhood this summer that it is lethal for my nose out there! Where I live they did do something really neat that I am looking forward to in the fall though. All around the neighborhood they built those exercise stations where you can walk to each one and then stop and do some exercise, like they usually have in parks. I am going to start doing that as soon as my allergies clear up. Well, ugh, time to go clean the bathroom, it's my turn. Catching up on some laundry too. I have been keeping up with your news on Reed's page. You give me some good chuckles. I hope you have a nice week ahead. It looks like it might be a rainy one for us. Looks like it is going to pour any minute. Take care!
Good Evening,Kathy.; I had company and they just left. Wanted to say hello and hope you had a good day. Mine was busy. Had lunch at Schooners a real old St. Augustine favorite. I had coconut shrimp cauliflower casserole and cottahe chees with peaches on top. Liot of chattimg. Soon going to bed. HUGS,Reed
Good Mornin.Kathy. How are things with you this morning? I am fine except for the knees. Another 90's day. Tom is on his way to work at Government House. Stopping here first for a rubber mallet blue tape swifter with extra pads and paper towels. He wants pasta and my meatballs tnight. Tomorrow we three will get haircuts before the give us a fiddle. I liked this...I am fit as a fiddle....how fit is a fiddle anyway? How did your lesson go. The next Tops meeting we are going to discuss bucket list...I want to go to Lichyenstein and the Panama Canal. Doubt if I will make it. I lost 2 1/2 pounds at TOPS. I did not want to lose as I am below goal. Take good care...put a clothespin on your noice as the aroma from the Fair fills the air. Take good care. I care. HUGS,Reed
Kathy, I've never seen that pickle vinegar, how is it different? wish you were here, ed judged the pickles yesterday at the fair and said most of them were'nt very good
Good Evening,Kathy. I am slow today. Pooped for some reasons. I did the Welcomes and Birthdays gotthings ready for Tops. A good meeting. Everyone 24 spoke on the exercises they do. I lost 2 12 pounds way below gal. I need to eat more. I hate the smell of grease coming from fairs and things. Have you ever tried rice vibegar? Ilove it. I take a luttle drink now and then of it supposed to help the BG. Wicked storm last night. You going to make more pickles? I love them. Have a good evening. Are you going to buy any art. HUGS,Reed
Hi Kathy, I decided to wait until after your 2nd lesson before asking you how you were doing, but you beat me to the draw:) Your new teacher sounds wonderful! I certainly endorse learning to play by ear. This will enable you to eventually play with other people in impromptu situations. I know several people who learned more formally and don't know what to do at a jam. Now that you get to carry around your instrument everyone will know you are a member of the fraternity of musicians, welcome. More shorter practices are the way to go especially taking into account older joints, tendons etc.
Good Morning,Kathy. Is my jaw sore. The dentist really had to dig to get the cavity under the crown. Thank God for sugar free jello. Wicked storm yesterday but here on the island not a drop. Got all my stuff ready for TOPS tomorrow. This afternoon,I go to my new PCP I hope I like him. Got a Cost of Living in my pension...$30 but better than nothing. Another hot one today.I think August will be brutal. How are things with you? Is it cooler there? Watched some of the swimming but liked Antiques Roadshow better. I hope you will be recording your fiddle concert soon. Have a great day. HUGS,Reed
Good Morning,Kathy. Had a good night. BG 104. Not doing much. I have the dentist a cavity under a crown OUCH. The dentist is nit my favorite thing to do. Watching a great deal of the Olympics. Get bored with it after a while. Now they tell you who won before you see the event. Russ forgot to go for fasting blood work. He will have to do it tomorrow. Yu will not believe tis..we had a wicked storm and about 6 I was sitting looking out the window when we had a terrible clap of thunder and lightning and it opened the garage door on an empty house across the street. Hi Kathy, here's another video, rather dark. A lady I play music with turned me on to it. Are you learning a song?

Hi Kathy, things are going well in Mississippi. We are into the hazy, hot and humid weather pattern. Supposed to be over 100 by the end of the week.
Dialysis is going well. All of my blood tests are in range including my iron and my hemocrit. Guess that is why I am feeling better.
Some day I am going to get to meet some of the folks here on Tu. Doubt if they will ever come to Mississippi so I guess I will have to go there.
Fight for my grandson sitll on going. Have gotten some senators and governors involved. Hope that helps.
Have a blessed day, Kathy
