LOL Doris! Ya, I always Loved that saying and will definitely use it if I ever have GrandKids. "Spoil then then send them home". Ha!

Ya, we had cooler weather yesterday. Probably results of that hurricane passing by the Canadian east side. It's supposed to be about 88 f today though with the humidity and then cool again on Wednesday. Have a Calm day Doris!! :)

So how is your twittering experience faring?
At 9:49am on September 5, 2010, Marie B said…
no, you stay on your page and type in the big white box. If you want to send the same message to multiple people you might type something like "@MarieBe @askmanny @colcalli what are you doing for World #Diabetes Day? whenever you use the word diabetes, always put the # before it. Whenever you mention TuDiabetes, always address it as @tudiabetes. I m really getting offline now - Iknow, I've said it before

also, look at your list of "Followers" - these are the people who receive your status update (stuff you type in the 140 character box) - see who THEY follow, and if you see any interesting ones, follow THEM. remember you can always get back to your own page by clicking "home" at the top.

I think it's interesting to see who @askmanny follows. He tweets about so many other things besides diabetes

Have fun and I'll catch up with you tomorrow. Got to change my d*** infusion set and get ready to go to my BIL's party today - takes an hour to drive there.

when you go to twitter, you will see on your home page all those status updates you've entered. that's b/c Twitter and TuDiabetes are integrated - meaning you can update your Twitter status through TuDiabetes.

Doris, look at the members of the Group "Twitterbetics" and perhaps make yourself a list of TuDiabetes members you'd like to follow

http://www.tudiabetes.org/group/twitterbetics

also as you are interacting with members here today, make note of any friendswho have listed their Twitter "handle" (name) so you can follow them. btw, MelissaBl just joined Twitter - she is known there as @mushroomroses

LOL Doris!!! Okay, I believe that you weren't the first to spoil your GrandKids...but millions of others don't believe you. I took a poll. HA!

Sorry about your shoulders. I hope that they are feeling much Better. I know the computer can do that. I also have a sore back from it plus I'm now cross-eyed. :P

I hope that you are having a Fantastic week-end. I am not!
