Well, some things are doing great and others aren't. Just when my BG and weight seem to be getting under control, my pinched nerves start acting up, making it harder to exercise as much as I should, which could throw my weight and BG out of whack again. I thought I took care of my nerves by going to the chiropractor last year, and I do my prescribed stretches when I need to, but they started acting up again recently. I think it's the unseasonably cool weather since a friend of mine with back problems is in pain, too. I can't afford to keep going to the chiropractor, and physical therapy isn't as effective for me. Oh well, I guess my health won't be perfect; if it's not one thing, it's another, and it's all connected in a vicious circle... My older son finishes the third grade on Friday, so I have to figure out how to keep my kids entertained again. At least he gets to go to summer camp for a week this summer thanks to a member of my church who wants to pay for it...

Oh no -- I think I'm going to have to go down there and set that family straight. They need to take better care of my dear friend Doris. You have to remember to take care of yourself.

I think i might be getting a job offer. WOO HOO! OK, shouldn't get too excited too fast - I haven't gotten it yet.

Good Afternoon,Doris. The smoke is driving us crazy. I smell it in the garage even with the door shut. They say if we do not get rain today it will be a long time before we will. I get treatment #2 on my knees tomorrow. I think they help. If I go into the 40's aftr tomorrow I will quit. They swore SUPARTZ does not lower the BG. A little high right now 120. Did the laundry and resting. How are things with you? You in good control? You babysitting? I hope there is Peace in the Valley....I hear thunder YEAH!!! HUGS,Reed
