hi Doris, how are things going today? I'm ok, I waited until 10:30 to have my breakfast because I couldn't get my blood sugar down. I finally ate some eggs when it got to 175. only thing I ate last night was a hamburger, no bun, and some tomatoes and green beans. guess I'm looking at an infusion set change.

well hot weather for this season is normal in the north of the country and the beaches of course hehe but in the center (where Mexico City is) isnt! 90ºF is really high, years ago we reached 91.4ºF and that has been our highest but that's beyond our limits haha so we all are dying here...I know many people think weather in Mexico is always hot in all the country but as I said isn't, for us 82.4 °F is already too hot so imagine now...thank God these days weather is so much better..but now we waiting for rain season...another great part of living in Mexico City is that we dont suffer for hurricane and all that, we might have lots of rains but that's :D

Good Morning,Doris. I am still living haha. My Bg was 126. The more I think of it the more I think those injections lowered my BG/s, I know cortisone raises it and I asked the doctor that and he said No. Funny I had the injections at noon and 8 houyrs later I am 48 never been low inb my life.I think there is a connection. Russ goes to another heart doctor today.I hope he finds nothing wrong. We did not get the rain. I lost 3 pounds at TOPS too much. How are you doing? Is there Peace Inthe Valley. You do not need stress. Take good care of yoursef and will yu do me a favor? Do a rain dance so we get some rain. Take good care. I care. HUGS,Reed
