Hi Doris- I just stopped by Spark's wife's page and left her a note. He has the same thing I have, but my thumb is getting better. I still feel rotten, from the antibiotic, I think. My BG are staying in the 200's which does not make me happy. Did your daughter have her baby yet ? Cat
Thankyou Doris, I need a hug. They are sending him home today with just antibiotic pills. Got a feeling this won't work. The leg is purple red and very swollen. The redness to his toes has receeded and the swelling on the top of his foot has gone down some. They seem to think he doesn't need to be in the hosp. anymore.
Good Morning,Doris. You a grandmother AGAIN yet? I hope this finds you and Ken doing well. My knees a little better today. Tom just left. He decided to stay over. We drover on the beach yesterday. It was mobbed. Some women should not wear a bikini. My BG 109. Russ sees ankle doctor this morning. He hopes he takes him out of the boot. He is walking without the walker. Things are looking up. I hope you and Ken had a good day. Take care. I care. HUGS,Reed
Have a great Sunday Doris....should not be a problem my remembering your anniversary....it's our youngest grandson's birthday...he'll be 2 this year! Hugs....linda
Oh my GOSH Doris! And Len always giving them advice....I was ready to cash in!!! Wish I had the money to run away to a fancy escape....where I would be taken care of and pampered! Wonder if the kids will remember it's Father's Day this Sunday....wonder if hubby will remember it's our 33rd anniversary on the 30th!! Were you i the chat room yesterday....didn't have time for it myself. Was there a specific topic? Well....had my shower, heading for another coffee (will have to make a pot....the first cup came from Tim Horton!s)....then make lunch! Hugs....linda
Morning Doris!! Well....here I am with ONE week left to school (not counting the mandatory first aide course the week after that, on the 27/28th). Of course, it's madness at school as we wind down and come to a close. As it is with all clubs/groups. Yesterday was the school's annual Father's Day Breakfast, followed by a canoe trek for dads, some staff (not I!!), and students in grades 4 to 8. This meant
that we teachers/staff had to be at the school at 7 am to prep. for a full fare breakfast! We had our breakfast before the event
started at 8! It was a long day in spite of less students/classes. After my day at school...helped our daughter shop for furniture
etc for her new place. Rush rush rush!! Dinner on the run! This is the weekend my daughter is moving into an apartment...
which means WE ARE/I AM looking after her little guy during the move. Our son, his wife and their two little ones will not be
moving to their house 'till mid July!! As well....Len will be picking up Stephen (daughter's little sprout) daily to bring him here
to be babysat by our d-i-l....and in July and on, driving him to our son/daughter-in-law's new place! Len should start a chauffeur
business, as in driving folks to appointments etc....I'm SURE there's a need there! In the midst of all this, there's nothing but
arguments, one-upmanship and nasty words between our daughter and son/d-i-l, and I am SO SICK OF IT....that I went as far
as to say to our son..."makes me wonder why we had any children". There's not much worse than being caught between 2
feuding loved ones.
So...I'm tapping away sucking back a cuppa while the 3 little ones are watching something with grandpa...I'm still in jammies,
and looking forward to a shower before I head for the front!
Have a SUPERB weekend Doing something special for Father's Day?? Luv......linda ♥

Good Morning,Doris. Another bad night, It poured from 6 to 9 thunder lightbing windy. #4 in a row. They canot say we are in a drought now.
