Hello, dear Doris Ann. Things seem to be calming down a bit in Reedsville - Cat and Sparks are better and Russ does not need surgery. Yippy. Here is a flower for you from my neighborhood:

I DID IT - it was gross and I'll spare you the details. ain't no way I'm touching those traps, they can just wait to get re-baited. besides there's another 6 or 8 traps still down there. GROSS! even tho they were tiny field mice, brown and white. I need a REWARD.

ok I'm going down there, wish me luck. sounds like you're having a pretty good day, it's blasted hot here.

Doris! help! I went down to the basement this morning and I'm sure there are TWO dead mice in the traps. they are small ones. so I just can't bring myself to go get them and throw them outside, where some animal always comes by and takes them away. I was even going to call my neighbor, but that's not right. I have to do this. I will put on some heavy gloves and then I'll take a shovel and take them out, but I have to undo them from the traps. ARGGGGG!!!!

Hi Doris- I just stopped by Spark's wife's page and left her a note. He has the same thing I have, but my thumb is getting better. I still feel rotten, from the antibiotic, I think. My BG are staying in the 200's which does not make me happy. Did your daughter have her baby yet ? Cat

Thankyou Doris, I need a hug. They are sending him home today with just antibiotic pills. Got a feeling this won't work. The leg is purple red and very swollen. The redness to his toes has receeded and the swelling on the top of his foot has gone down some. They seem to think he doesn't need to be in the hosp. anymore.

Good Morning,Doris. You a grandmother AGAIN yet? I hope this finds you and Ken doing well. My knees a little better today. Tom just left. He decided to stay over. We drover on the beach yesterday. It was mobbed. Some women should not wear a bikini. My BG 109. Russ sees ankle doctor this morning. He hopes he takes him out of the boot. He is walking without the walker. Things are looking up. I hope you and Ken had a good day. Take care. I care. HUGS,Reed
