I hope so that it will be helpful for me. I would greatly appreciate if anyone gives me advise. I don't have insurance, I have just county program for Highland Hospital. I am on insulin pump now, could you please suggest me how to find endocrinologist who is able to help me with pump adjustment.
Thanks.

Im sure your daughter understands your crankiness, LOL It could have been worst, you know. Im just so glad you are doing better... Wendy and I have been talking and wondering how you are. I was so worried I told her I wanted to call and check on you but I stopped myself saying you might be resting and might bother you. And you were indeed resting ha! Sis you know what caused it? was it the pump? Or maybe its just one of those day huh?

Hallo dear Doris D
Thanks indeed for such a prompt mail reply. My son is on insulin shots . In India Insulin pumps
are still a distane commidity. - He has to take the help of 3 types of Insulin to match the vary-
-ing situation during 24 hours. For any meal he takes Mixtard 30/70 . At middle of night he
needs Lantus to maintain base level of insulin -if this is not given - level ob blood sugar
starts rising up . Slightest change of menu in his meals invites low or high PP levels .For
briging down high levels of blood sugar - we have to take the help of Actrapid ( Fast acting )
on S.O.S. basis. If timings and quality of meals can be kept strictly uniform then levels are
fairly within limits , but his job and timings of work are erratic -on which we do not have much
cotrol. Can you reply me directly on my e.mail I.D. instead of routing through tu.diabetes ?
Thanks indeed - reading your line iduces re-assurance

Dear Doris Day,
I am a new entrant to your fold. Being a senior citizen nearing 80 - I am
not able to tune myself to efficient computor browsing, I am comfortable with e. mail only.
I am type 2 with insulin therpy since 1999. My only son id type 1 IDDM since he was 3 years
He is now 30 - his control often go fradgile . If you have patience - I need some knowledge
to know about maintain base line insulin level when he is going to sleep at the end of the day
You may have corrospond with me through e. mail only ,since face book and blogs are not
user friendly in my case. Thanks a lot for responding.
Sincerely yours

Mukiza

i never watched the Real Housewives shows until Beverly Hills. I watch in absolute fascination of how their foreheads don't move from all the bottom. I'm sorry that another grandchildren challenge got thrown into the mix. Maybe you should look at it as an opportunity to train them to be part of your entourage. After all every celebrity really should have one of those,
