Please excuse this unsolicited inquiry. I found you looking at the pictures of those in the Raw group. (This group is not as active as I would desire it to be.) You where the first Raw person I saw in the 5% HgbA1C ranges. I am impressed with the control, as I am convinced this is the key to staving off deadly complications.. The more I read your blogs, especially your comments on depression chat rooms, the more I decided to chance this. I am kind of curious about your comment and a healthy diet with supplementation." I am wondering what your supplementation might be?". Thank you.
Aw, your gray tabby looks just like mine did. I had her for 14 years and my son grew up with that cat. I have been on Loveland Pass a million times where you have your picture taken. I miss my home of Colo. so much!!! Judith
Hi Craig! Just writing to say Hi and I hope all is well. I'm writing a book on my past and looking for a better publisher. I can explain later. In the mean time I'm taking the time to write to all my friends. Have a great day. Patti
Thank you Craig, for sharing your links with me. I will look and read through them. I'm still not through reading BloodSugar101 and I have a wonderful book I'm reading called "The Fungus Link to Diabetes" by Doug Kaufmann He has a TV show and his .com is knowthecause.com I found Doug K. a few months ago and boy did he open my eyes to a whole new world.
Thanks Craig, I hope to learn a lot from kind folks like you here. I'm so greatful to have found Jennie's BloodSugar101 site, I just thought I understood how to take care of myself in regards to disbetes until I started reading her site. I'm just in the Infancy stage!
I was just diagnosed in March of 2009 and take 500mg of Metformin a day. When I first agreed to take meds I gave myself one year to be off of meds. Is that crazy? That's my goal. I'm really trying to learn the things that I need to eat in order to maintain a healthy diet. I've lost 20lbs and I try to exercise atleast 4 days a week. What kinds of things (foodwise) helped you to get off of the Met?
