Comment by Tom Goffe on April 26, 2012 at 10:26am Have I heard of it? I sure have!
Do I want it? You betcha!
Why? I'm a T1, often home alone when my bride is traveling for work & hard of hearing. I can't hear pump alarms or consistently feel it vibrating to warn me of an impending low during the day - let alone when sleeping. This device would give us HUGE peace of mind and help keep me safe when she is away from home & can't tell me to check my pump.
Will I get one? Probably not - there is no possible way I can afford one. I guess I'll still have to keep my fingers crossed & hope a nocturnal low doesn't do me in.
