How ADORABLE!! I love that he's wearing a JoBro t-shirt. He's so cute, I can't stand it. Can he be my spokes person for when I fight with my insurance? Who can resist that adorable face? =)

Thanks Eric! I think I've seen you mention that product before. Caleb and I were in Sports Authority the other day and I saw things similar and thought of your recommendation and suggested them to Caleb. I "planted the seed". He didn't jump all over it but at least he knows there are other options and one of these days he's going to say, "Hey mom, remember that thing in Sports Authority..." We do have Walgreens too- I will look! Thanks for the reminder and nice words re: Caleb.

I admire Caleb for wanting to help a fellow diabetic; what a kind person you're raising.
Aside: Caleb comments how he doesn't like the pod "wobbling around" when it is on his arm or thigh. Well, here's something that might help: If you had problems with it staying in place, a simple inexpensive solution I found is to use a piece of Self-Adhering bandage (here is the one I bought at Walgreens). It is cheap, cuttable (so you can cut it to different lengths for different parts of your body), re-usable, and adjustable so you can make it as snug or loose as is necessary to hold the pod in place. Ace brand makes the same thing, if you don't have Walgreens. Make sure to get the 3-inch wide, though; 2-inch is not enough to cover the length of the pod.

lol Thanks everyone! Caleb made this video for a fellow CWD. Her mom is considering the OmniPod, but the CWD is a little hesitant. He just wanted to let her know that the insertion isn't all that bad and it's ok to be worried about things you aren't used to.
