dang i need to get a log book. I am such a slacker. it's horrible. he's funny tell him to keep up the good work. get the calorie king book it will help with those unknown carbs.

"The log book thing . . . " LOL! I suspected as much!! I wondered if he'd do it without the camera on :) I wouldn't!!
