Thanks Christopher for posting this video:) Really trying to make some changes in how our family's children eat! Grew up in the 60's-70's, but at least we were on a farm...we only had small soda drink on occasion and most of what we ate was from the garden. Real change in how we eat since the 80's w/ packaged foods being so cheap and everyone in college. Glad we had whole, organic foods as children. Even had our own cows, chickens, etc. Never had "store milk" until high school...interesting that I developed T1 late (senior year high school). Makes one wonder...and has made us make changes w/ our kids. Again...thanks for bringing this to my attention...have downloaded and will share w/ my sibs and friends.
