The Sweet Lowdown

The Sweet Lowdown consists of two one-act plays: Two Diabetics and The Sweet Lowdown. The first tells the story of a Type 1 and a Type 2. The second uses music, dance and comedy to explain the science and dispel the myths, going beyond Type 1 and 2 to explain the other kinds of diabetes. The Sweet Lowdown is funded in part by a grant from Diabetes Hands Foundation Seeds.

Produced by Broom Street Theater at Broom Street Theater, 1119 Williamson Street, Madison

Performances: October 25 - November 16, 2013

Performance Times: Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm
